 The fabrics suitable for flag making are knitted fabric, polyester pongee, polyester silk shade, etc. Flagpoles have knife shape, P shape, and right-angle shape with supportive cross, square and V shape bases. Flag sleeves normally are made of specialised black fabric, white fabric or any chosen by customers with wrap border, ribbons or grommet on the bottom.  Best fabrics for flag making include rasucotone, knitted fabric, etc and technologies can be inkjet thermal transfer printing or inkjet sublimation. Flag pockets are wrap bordered made of spcial white or black fabrics, gromments or ribbons on the bottom. We have flag poles in shapes of knife, P shape, right-angle shape with supportive base such as cross base, v shape base and square base.  Flags can be made of fabrics of rasucotone and knitted fabric, etc. with single sided or double sided.
Single side view flags:
left and right border wrapped
Top and bottom with 3cm sleeve borders.
All sleeves have gromments.
Double side view flags: perm border, stitching, middle layer with shade fabric or not etc, sleeves at the top or bottom border.
 Flags can be made of Oxford cloth, rasucotone, knitted fabric, etc. by inkjet thermal transfer printing or inkjet sublimation. All borders are Permed or wrapped with gromments or ribbon.  Flags can be made of knitted fabric elasticity, 230g knitted fabric, etc.by inkjet thermal transfer printing. 30cm width fabric should be kept for the wrrap borders of pop-up display stand.
 Flags can be made of rasucotone. The size of pull up banner is 2.20*0.85m with perm borders. |
